Sabouraud Dextrose Agar Bottled 100ml

Sabouraud Dextrose Agar is a universal medium which will support the growth and isolation of yeasts and moulds. Dextrose togheter with low pH promotes the growth of spores as well as the formatation of pigments of yeasts and moulds. The formulation of the basic medium is prepared according to the recommendations of the current United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) and the European Pharmacopoeia (EP). The media is manufactured in compliance with cGMP and approved according to Eu Pharm and USP.

- Autoclaved 121C for 15 minutes
